For this new edition of our Speakers Series, we have invited Marwan Forzley as our guest speaker.

During this discussion, we will try to understand the new challenges and opportunities behind international payments.

Align Commerce just raised a round of $12.5M from Kleiner Perkins, Digital Currency Group, Pantera Capital and Recruit Venture Partners, so it will be the opportunity to discuss also what works in raising money in Silicon Valley today

Because of its reliance on the Blockchain and Bitcoin, we will go deeper into the compliance side as well.

Marwan Forzley is the Co-Founder and CEO of Align Commerce, a next-generation global payment provider which enables businesses to quickly and securely send and receive payments in local currency. Align Commerce uses the blockchain as a new settlement rail to enable frictionless and inexpensive payments. Prior to Align Commerce, Forzley founded and served as CEO of eBillme, an online payments solution that extended online banking to the merchant’s checkout process.
